I purchased the device in Switzerland last month.
The device has not fallen and was not got hit.
but to my surprise Suddenly I found that the screen is broken.
Really disappointed and frustrated.
You need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
If i return my device to the place of purchase, what do u think they would do?
Hi, they would inspect the phone to determine if it was accidental damage or indeed a manufacturing fault.......then they can inform you of the costs involved etc........it is best to speak to them yourself i'm afraid 
Also some stores like here in the UK have there own service centres in store plus your contract of sale is with the place of purchase and often will be repaired sooner and any packaging costs will be covered by them and not you
