Hi, Have had my sony xperia z3 compact for just over a year now. Today the screen had suddenly been broken just while it was in my pocket, and i didn,t even drop it or fall. Now The touch won,t work, even though the phone is still making notification noises etc. Rebooting did not help. I have heard of other with this problem on this phone, therefore I am positive that it is something wrong with the phone and not something i did. Is it anyway I could get a new phone for free, or will I have to buy another? ( that also means i would buy another brand if this is a common problem)
