brightness issue

Hi there,

I've noticed an issue with my Xperia S over the last week or so (I'm not sure if it immediately followed any kind of update). 

At various intervals (usually in the mornings), my screen will suddenly go very dark of it's own accord, and when I click through to the 'brightness' settings the slider is all the way down the bottom. 

Easy enough to turn it back up again (once I worked out that that was the problem!) but slightly annoying.  Has anyone else experienced similar and/or have a fix?

Check if you have any settings with Smart Connect / LiveWare...

this issue araise if you are having some third party apps like power server, batter server or any other virus guard. if your device is not rooted then you do not need any virus guards. try to uninstall these apps and check your device if the problem araise again better to reset your device. dont forget to back up

If the issue is because of any third party apps you try to boot in safe mode and check the device for a while...

To enable safe mode

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Press and hold down the power key until the phone vibrates.
3. Wait until the Xperia™ logotype disappears.
4. Press and hold the volume down key until the phone vibrates. The phone then restarts in safe mode.

Note: To exit safe mode, restart the phone.
