Bridge for mac freezing

Hello all

I have recently bought an Xperia S and I love it. But I use a mac. Initially my Bridge for mac worked fine, but it seems that the last two or three times I've tried to use it to download my photos onto my machine it freezes. I get a progress bar, it makes it to the end but then nothing happens. Has anybody else had this problem? Am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated.

Begin with reinstalling Bridge for mac and if that wouldn't fix the problem I suggest that you make a backup of your phone content and master reset the phone and also format your internal storage and try again.
