Bravia Engine not working

I have a problem with BRAVIA ENGINE on my ION. It's not working on ICS 4.0.4 when I flashed new update rom. But it's work with Gingerbread 2.3.7 when I flashed back. My ION is unlocked bootloader. Anyone have the same problem?

SONY please fix it asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
