bought Sony expirea and have had nothing but a head ache with it crashes all the time

i think it was a total waste of money i bought it from argos it came with no usb cable to charge up and asked many time for them to send out to me but got no joy this phone is a big pain in my side sorry i ever bought it very unhappy with this phone and iv got all the ckening apps to keep innot full of junk and do reagulare really need some kind of help with this phone cos il smash it up it frustrats me so much by crashing all the time please anybody am begging forbyour help

Go to settings > about phone, which android version and build number do you currently have?
