It seems that the volumn of the buttom speaker lower day by day. Recently, in some outdoor environment, I hardly can hear the voice clearly (hand-free). I would like to make sure it is hardware issue or not. If it is hardware issue, I will apply repair online.
I have tried with the save mode and Sony music app and got the same result. I noticed that there are a lot of discussions here: /t5/Xperia-Z3/Xperia-Z3-bottom-speaker-sounds-low/td-p/982962
In my opinion, mine is hardware issue because I got all the same results with all software. I just need the confirmation that the two speakers should have the similar volume in the original design or normal case. Thank you very much.
