Bottom Microphone Problem

I didn't know when it started but one day when I wanted to use google voice search, i spoke directly to the microphone at the bottom of the phone but it didn't detect any sound. It also caused a problem when someone called me but they couldn't hear my voice. Anyone here experienced this problem before and how can I fix this problem?

Sadly it sounds like a fault.

Have you tried returning the phone to your point of sale?

Ok, now I noticed that the microphone at the back of the phone is not working too...I am wondering is this problem caused by the system failed to switch between which microphone should be used for an application?
