My name is Dhonatan, I live in Brazil.

I have a phone xperia u ST25. I bought this phone from China, imported from China.

I use the carrier of my country (VIVO). I have tried many times to unlock my phone by flashtools. I tried all ways, but I realized that my phone is (Bootloader unlock allowed: NO). I wanna unlock the bootloader and need help from Sony.

If the bootloader is unlock allowed no then Sony can't help as this will have been done by the provider ie: The network
