Bootloader locked, was unlocked before

I did unlock bootloader before and after i installed Sony´s latest official firmware, tablet locked again.

Tried to unlock again, but fastboot unlock fails as well as latest flashtool. Cant flash boot.img anymore.

Emma says this phone is locked. Tried unlock / install boot using OSX and WIN7, but same issues.

Try performing a system repair and then try your modifications again - This will factory reset your tablet

Switch off your tablet and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your tablet still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Done that after emma failed. Installed latest firmware ok, after that emma still says locked.

Before this i flashed CM11 and other firmwares successfully. Sony official firmware flash locked bootloader again and cant´t unlock anymore. How this is possible?
