I have a win 7 laptop with blutooth. I can't play the audio files through laptop speakers.
In blutooth settings of phone I can see" connected to phone and media audio", but when I play something, I can even see media control buttons on laptop, but nothing comes from speakers.
I found that the device has yellow mark in blutooth devices, and when tried for troubleshooting, it shows a message that blutooth pheriperal device driver not installed.
when I click apply fix it searches for devece drivers, after sometime shows these errors.
anybody has a solution for this?
I dont think any bluetooth profile supports using the phone's speakers as that of laptop's via bluetooth.
You cant blame our XpU for this if it doesnt do this.
You can share Laptop media files using a DLNA server on laptop and then you can play them on your phone using WiFi connection
I didn't mean to paly through phone speakers,I want to play phone media through laptop speakers.
For win 7 could not find any suitable blutooth drivers for xpu. I'm able to do this with my old nokia phone.
You need to check for drivers update for your Bluetooth stack. I know that Win7 standard BT drivers are a bit short handed, so check with your BT stack manufacturer or your PC manufacturer for updates.
I checked for drivers and I already have the latest drivers. It works with all other phones I tried. facing the problem only with XU.
