Blurry camera

Hi, i have camera problem. My ion's (LT28H) cam was perfect. But about 4 days ago i realize that cam can not focus pictures. And the pictures are always blurry as it is above. I hard reset the phone and install the latest software (6.1.e.3.7) again with pc companion. But the cam is still blurry. i need help thanks

I had the same issue...however now it is solved. Unlike yours, my lens was cleaned rather than changing. Please follow this thread :
