My sp is in guarantee period bt all of a sudden my 8mp camera has started giving blurry pictures.I tried cleaning the camera lense nd checked all camera settings bt everything is alright except the clarity of my camera
check wether theres a scracth on lens or not. if yes then change lense if not then u can repair it using sus ..most probably these problems are due to scratches ...
I dnt see much scratches bt wat is the cost of a new lens nd under guarantee can dey b replaced for free? If the problem is not due to scratches den hw can I repair it?
For lens price ( and replacement ) you should visit your nearest service centere ...
first you can repair it via SUS ( sony update Service ) or PCC ( Sony PC Companion ).. and if still you face the problem then kindly visit Sony service centere ...
