Bluetooth

Good evening. Bluetooth on my phone xperia e3 does not. Unable to connect to another device via this mode. Has anyone had the same worries or has a solution intake me ?

My device is in visible mode. I see other devices but he said connction impossible, or it remains that connects two seconds .
