Bluetooth

Bluetooth can not be activated. The turn off/on button is all blurred and bluetooth do not activate.. Is there a setting missing or is it hw problem?

Try to start your phone in safe mode to see if it can be related to any 3rd party app installed in your phone:

If the problem still persists in safe mode I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
