Bluetooth tethering

Hi, in order to get traffic info on my new satnav, I desperately need Bluetooth tethering wtih my Tipo.

(I THOUGHT I was OK, but only after buying it did I realise it only had WiFi tethering...)

I understand this is available in Jelly Bean, but hear we are not going to get that (Grrr!)

Am I lost without a paddle, or is there any other way to get this working on this little phone?

Nope, that's something completely different, I'm afraid. In order to communicate with the entire new range of TomTom sat navs the phone needs BLUETOOTH tethering, which is not available in Android 4.0 on this phone.
