Bluetooth problem

Hi everyone ...

     i've got a problem with bluetooth when i turn it on the device reboot and stuck on sony and xperia start up and i can't turn it off because it never work and display the app. screen

it could be a bug or an app acting up

you could repair your phone with either PCC or SUS and see if that helps

an app acting up could be an intrusive app such as a

taskiller/task manager

antivirus

battery app

ram app

booster apps

if you have any of this apps, uninstall them > restart your phone > try again.
