Bluetooth Problem

I've recently purchased Xperia J and upgraded to JB 4.1.2 Version. I am facing a strange problem: the bluetooth is automatically turned-off  and the connectivity is lost. Even though I try to restart the bluetooth on the phone, it starts discovering but no device found. The bluetooth is still in "OFF" mode. The only way I can turn-on the blue tooth is by switching off the phone & switching on. Please let me know why this problem is occuring and the solution for the same.

Haven't heard about this before actually. Have you tried resetting the phone after the update?

I too have issues with the bluetooth cutting off mid call and when this happens I have to actually hit the speaker on the phone itself so I can finish my conversation.  All I hear before it cuts off are beeps and then 1 long beep and it's off.  I was working for the past 6 months now all of a sudden it's not ???
