Bluetooth issue with Sony Xperia V

i bought Sony Xperia V yesterday,,
today i tried to send some pictures & ringtones from my old phone which is Nokia Xpress music 5220 ,.. the both devices recognized each other BUT i can't receive any data on "Sony" every time got "seeding failed" !!?
WHAT is the wrong ? anyone could help plz

I believe you have paired both device.
If not please pair the Nokia to android.
