Hello guys!

I've got my phone about a week ago and I have a problem with my Plantronics M20 bluetooth headset. Basicallly it works fine, I managed to pair them with each other, but they never connect automatically. I always need to switch off and on bluetooth on my phone or manually connect to the headset in the settings/bluetooth menu. This is very annoying and dangerous in the car.

My previous phone (HTC Legend) worked fine with this headset. Can somebody help me on this?

Well, it could be a lot of things. Have you tried any other headsets with this phone to see if the problem is related to the phone or headset? Do Plantronics list this M20 headset as compatible with Xperia P on ICS?

Hi Sam,

Thank you for your suggestion. I didn't find anything on Plantronics' site about compatibility, but I'm still trying to get some information.

By the way I tried the phone with my wife's Jawbone, and it works normally, connects and disconnects automatically.

Then I would advice you to send them an e-mail asking if it should be compatible because if the other headset works with your phone I suspect that it's an issue of compatibility unfortunately.

Yes it must be about compatibility because I recently tried two more headsets and all was fine, except mine. Thank you for your help, Sam.

my friends , goodmorning from greece , i have also a problem with my bluetooth plantronic marque m155...everyone not hear me clear when i am talking... with any other phone ,, no problem.. any solutions? ( sory for my poor english 😉 )
