bluetooth for car

I cannot connect my Xperia J with the built-in bluetooth of mycar - Fiat Bravo.

Following all instructions, when I type the pin number supplied by the car software, my phone disconnects.

I tested the system with other phones (Samsung, Nokia),  it works, and the phone is registered normally. As well, my Xperia connects easily thru blue tooth with other phones or computers .

Is there an incompatibility between Fiat and Sony ?

You would be best to check with the manufacturer of the car kit for a list of compatible devices to confirm this sorry.

The problem is solved. I found instructions on the Fiat internet pages. Sony Xperia were not on the compatible phones with my version of the car software (Blue and Me). After updating, the phone was recognized.
