Bluetooth error in sending files

I am having a problme in sending files via Bluetooth on my SL. While I can receive files, whenever I try to send one, it gets cancelled with "file transfer not handled properly" error. Any light?

Does this happen if you try to send different files to different receivers also? 

Try to start the phone in safe mode to see if you experience the same behavior:

I have tried to send different files to different receivers, mostly image/audio files to HTC phones or my Dell laptop. While I can get files from there, i am not so lucky the other way around

Strange! When you are sending a picture, do you open album > select a picture and then press the share icon? 

In that case I suggest that you first of all try to update/repair your phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
