Bluetooth connection with Macbook

My Z5 Compact connects via Bluetooth to mymavbook Pro for 5 seconds then disconnects. What could be the trouble please? It connects with my ipad ok. Peter

How to boot on safe mode on Lollipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Boot your phone on safe mode. Then while on safe mode contect to your macbook via Bluetooth and see if your connection still disconnects or if it stays connected.

No that dosen't work I'm afraid. Same symptoms. Peter

Mine too.

Mac's bluetooth says that the phone does not have the needed services.

I'm running on El Capitan and MM 6.0.1.
