Bluetooth connection probs after ICS upgrade

Hi,

I put another discussion on earlier and have now rtied to connect to another phone via bluetooth but it too would not connect.

My phone will pair with other devices but not send or recieve any data, anyone any ideas?  I've done a factory and settings reset but that made no difference.

Do you get a notification on the phone when someone is trying to send you an item?
