Bluetooth cannot be turned on

I have same problem with Xperia Z5, android version 6.0
It can't connect

Repair the phone with XC and report back, also, settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test bluetooh.

That Bluettooth test won't work: 'Sharing by bluetooth was stopped.' So we're in a catch 22 situation. XC does not connect eather by datacable. Only charging when connecting wit a cable. No usb-connection. So Sony please help...!!
