Using my old bluetooth device to speak and listen is now tremendous noisy to the listener…
… don’t want to be a hater but there are so many problems to be fixed!
I really love the phone, brand, etc… but the product doesn’t delivery what is supposed to deliver, just the basic think’s that a phone is supposed to give.
Think about Apple, one phone... just one!!!!!!

What kind of bluetooth device is this? I use a bluetooth headset daily for talking and listening to music and I don't experience any issues with noise.
I'm not all sure, but i think Apple still sells the iPhone 3GS, 4 and 4S, don't they? Adding the 5 it makes a total of 4 phones, doesn't it?
Hi!
Using a normal 1.2 protocol bluetooth headset from Bluespoon, AX2 model!
It's one phone, just one... not U, P, S, Miro, etc... LOL
I have a similar problem with Xperia go:
Can you tell me the model that you use from the headset?
Tried to much models but the problem is the same...
I have tried Jabra Extreme2,Sony Ericsson VH410,Nokia Bh-200 and Samsung HM1100. Same problem with all, the only difference in how well the echo cancellation works (Extreme2 is best).
Today I have two Xperia GO phones and the problem is same.
I think that it's samething to do with mic gain control.
Can you, Samuel from support, tell us which headset works with the Xperia phone?
Mic Gain control? The mic on the phone is active when your talk using the bluetooth headset device?
This type of error maybe the cause of feedback problems and interferences... but i don't believe this problem could be soooooo simple
I've tested it and found that the phone's microphone is not active at the same time. If I go to another room as the phone, still the same problem.
I suspect the microphone gain control on the because that I am able to speak at a low volume with good sound quality, but if I have to raise my voice because of the environment as it is distorted.
In my case the people complain about the noise and speed of speech… they ask me to speak very slowly without big differences in dynamic.
I will do a test this weekend.
Hi!
It seems that the problem is in the gain control.. when i speak very low the sound heard is almost normal (some noise present)
Another problem in the bluetooth field is:
Why, sometimes, the volume from my headset is very low?
In some connections (4 in 10) i need to check my headset level because the phone looses the previous setting… never experienced this thing in another phone.
If the headset is configured the settings are stored forever but not in this Xperia U.
Tips?
