blue screen

Hi I got a xperia z tabket last week. Whilst using it today the screen went blue & has been like that for the past 10mins & still like that. Cant turn it off & as the battery is built in I cant remove it.
Any ideas please

You can try to hold the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) button for about 5-10 seconds and your tablet should restart/power OFF.

If this does not help, I suggest that you hold the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for 10 seconds without having the unit connect to any power source. The tablet should now be completely OFF and you can connect it to a power source and charge it for about 2-3 hours. Download and install Update Service, and follow the instructions that appear to perform a software repair:

Thank you very much for your help. I have downloaded update services but no instructions have appeared.

Not sure what you mean now. When you have installed Update Service on your computer(PC), you need to start the program and thereby you will receive the instructions.

The program is not coming up any place on my tablet to open it.

This program should be installed on a PC, not on a tablet.
