Blue Screen of Death in this M4 Aqua(Help)

Hello guys,
i have a problem with my sony xperia m4 aqua actually this is a replacement phone
i got the same issues as i have before same exact issue
laggy problems,apps not loading,ear call speaker not working(need to use earphone or on speaker mode)
and then keep rebooting sony logo show up and froze restart again and Blue Screen show up reboot then died
Restarted the phone same thing happen.
I did sony companion, i did backup, factory reset,hard reset,battery drain,leave phone till full bat everything totally broken phone
wonder if sony would help me. my very old nokia phone is way better than this smartphone

i hope they recall this and gave me other model i used to love xperia m4 aqua bought it after a month release
now im regreting every single time why i choose this brand and model. i dont hate sony because of my phone
but it made me feel like it.

hopefully someone from sony could help me

You might want to report this problems back, if you are still in wararnty ( check with your local service center) Local support
