blue LED light doesn't flashing

i want to ask you something..is there any problem with my phone? i mean that the blue LED light doesn't flashing when i get new messages or missed called..i hope you can help me to solve this..thank you

As I understand this LED should only change/light up accordingly to theme selected on the phone.
