Blank Screen While Charging

So, i recently noticed this one since I rarely use my phone when charging. when you connect the phone to the charger (wallmount or via PC ) then leave it till it for a few seconds , this happens: and is also present at safe mode

(sorry for the quality I used a vga phone for taking the photos)

you cant see it but the whole screen is actually lit up. can any of you recreate the bug?

phone: Sony Xperia Z5 Compact

model: E5823

OS: android 6.0 Marshmallow 32.1.A.1.163

Charger: the one that came with the box with a 3 prong adapter

I don't really want to perform a software repair right now, since the 6.0.1 update might be around the corner. so just a head's up. I'll give more details when I could

Have you connected it to a PC one time and notice the USB sound connect then disconnect then connect and disconnect.... repeatedly?

I've had some wierd stuff happen... the latest one I fixed was that the phone thought it was charging.... all the time.

no i did not notice that one, maybe you have a loose connection

It was the PC's USB voltages/amp - driver problems with USB3 and Win10 & quick charge settings

This will also cause a connectivity issue (for the others reading this) - the phone will charge, but not give you any connectivity via USB.
