Black screen

Hi,

I am using my phone half way & it suddenly freeze and turn black after a few seconds.

It does not response even when I press or press and hold the ON/OFF button.

I tried calling myself using another phone,ringing tone is heard.

But the screen remains black and does not ring.

Please help.

Press power button+volume up until the phone vibrates(forced restart).The phone should be back to normal.
