Black Screen

I have just received my Sony Experia U and was just calling my network provider when I was prompted to press 5 to speak to an operator I went to look at the screen and it was just black.  Now I can't get any pictures on the screen at all can someone please tell me what's wrong???  Thanks

solution for permanent screen off= hold power button = volume up

if not help..

Then next solution u also know.....Go to nearest service centre...
