black screen & vibrates slightly

My phone (Sony E. w595) has been turned off for a few months and everytime i try to turn on the phone, the screen will remain black and there will be a slight vibration and goes on like this. it keeps repeating. Thank you.

there might be either an issue with the battery or the LCD screen might need to be replaced

thank you ... but the battery is fine ... i tested it on another device and the device worked properly.now my phone when i turn it ON , the Sony Ericsson logo appear and then the black screen with the slight vibration every 5 seconds .

i plugged the phone using USB cable and installed the update service (SUS) , so they told me to connect the phone via USB to PC ( Laptop) and keep holding the "c" button , i did that ,but the kept vibrating and showing the black screen every 5-6 seconds and doing this for ever --_--" , i cant make the phone to turn on properly to update it or just to repair it ...
what is the deal man ?

ps:
i cant turn the phone off either !!!!
i have to remove the battery every time i want to turn it off !!

this is what you should do

run SUS once it ask you to connect your phone while holding C

remove the battery > connect the usb cable > press and hold C > put the battery back on while still holding C
