Black screen problem in Xperia U

Hi,

I got a new Xperia U phone, and i'm facing an issue;

when i call someone the screens become black, and sometimes i'm not able to enable the calling options;

i press home button or power button but the phone is not reponding;

Has someone faced this issue?

The screen turn black while calling to avoid misclick with your cheek (english for "joue" ? ).

But it should turn on if you click somewhere. Did you turn on option to "end call with power button" maybe.

i also face similar issue at times.. and phone becomes slow..

Sorry to hear of your issues. I would suggest a software repair on the phone. This can be done via the PC Companion or the Update Service.
