Pls help.. i cant go to recovery mode. my neo v is never been rooted or customize only stock.. my problem is im stuck to sony and xperia boot logo and just repeat and repeat.. thats why.i decide to factory reset it but i cant go to recovery.. ill do power off+volume up+down but still not working.. any help will appreciated.. tnx guys..

at face book page : Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V press vol Down and than press the power button for few seconds..and let it boot it will boot in recovery mode..

i press vol Down and than press the power button for few seconds but did not happen any think , but is repeated Sony and Xperia and then are re-loading did not open please final Mobil allowed if necessary to help

That recovery you mention is for a modified phone - To repair your phone follow the below

Performing a system repair - This will factory reset your phone

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds or remove the battery and then replace)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

i am using sony ericsson xperia neo v(roooted).My mobile does not go to recovery mode.i have used applications like reboot recovery,CWMetc but this does not help.i want to install cyanogen mod for my device it needs to enter into recovery mode.please help me

Which is why I also said you may need to remove the battery and then replace it but don't turn your device on
