Big problem with camera

Hi everyone! I have a big problem with the camera of my Sony Xperia Z1, since i bought it, the camera is very misted, with flash, without flash, always the same, the pictures are really horrible. I don't know what else to do! I have no film or protector.

The lens of my camera is also misted, i don't know why, because i never put it on the water.
The photos that my mobile takes are wrost than a phone with 1.3 mpx of camera... litteraly.

It's really irritating...

If there is moisture in your camera lens I would advise contacting your local Xperia Care team so that they may assist in arranging an assessment of your device by an authorised repair agent.

If I were you, I woulde send it to SONY customer service for testing or changing.

I went to the Official Service of Sony in my city today... they treat me very bad, and the just told me that "there is no replacement parts for the Sony Xperia Z1 in Argentina yet" ... i don't know what to doy. I can't use my phone! :'(
