Is the Neo V compatible with the urBeats? And if they're not, which other similar earphones do you recommend? Thank you!

Xperia neo V and the rest of the 2011 Xperia's follows the OMTP standard when it comes to headsets. Check with the headset manufacturer which standard their using.
