As you can see from screenshots battery graph usage stucked in 99% of charging few minutes after 19:00 (7 pm). But screenshots were taken shortly before 22:30 (10:30 pm). And I'm continuously in charging process. Tried to refresh manualy but still stucked. Only way how to reset it is disconnect charger (and reconnect it again). Is thete any fix for it comming? Running Marshmallow 6.0
So the battery graph didn't reset while charging? It will reset after you disconnect the charger as far as I know.
Now I understand. Has this happened more than once? I didn't notice it on my device though. What you can try is restart your phone and keep an eye on this.
It happened to me, yesterday, without a reason, where battery usage had resetted by itself but it had yet been charged !
@Robertods88 I think you are talking about different things.
@mrnino I checked on my device, currently charging and it estimates the hour where the battery should be fully charged (which is around 16:30 more or less). After that, I don't think it should change anything unless you remove from charge and it starts discharging. So I don't think it is a bug.
So another problem with it: If I play power-demanding game, battery starts discharging even the charger is pluged in but graph is still stucked at 99%.
And another, with this phone (Z5 Compact) there's issue since launching. It's impossible to charget it to full (100%) while using. I have to lay down phone pluged in charger anf let it charge. And later when I use phone, which is still in charger, battery starts to discharging.
It's normal to not be able to charge the device if it is really warm, the amperage is low, you can't force an almost full battery. It will start discharging if the power supplied isn't enough. If the battery is charging, the graph won't be updated. It only updates once, when it estimates the charging time. That's my point of view.
