Battery taking longer to charge

Hii there, 

I bought xperia C one week ago. The device is nice and am happy with the performance. Little disappointed with the camera. 

My phone takes 5-6 hr to get fully charge. I am not sure whether this is usual or is faulty. 

Kindly, put some light on it and provide me with a solution.

is this through the wall charger or a computer? do you use the phone while charging?

Same with my phone, it will take longer time to charge using the ori charger about 5 to 6 hours. So i used my old samsung charger and it charging perfectly. It only take about 3 hours for charging. I think xperia C have many problem. I also facing most the issue mention inthe forum. Unhappy user regreted for buying sony phone.

Its just a software glitch... The software shows us the wrong info...
From 80% to 81% it takes 20 min. And after that it reaches 100% in few mins. Dame thing happens when battery is 30% it fall downs to 0 in 10 min. Without ang use... And takes a hour to reach 30% during charge.

You should use only the Sony charger supplied with the phone. Every charger has different current/voltage ratings and are therefore not common for all phones. Phone will charge quickly upto 90% and then charging slows down, this is normal.
