Battery status Problem

My Xperia started causing problems like Even after charging for 2 hours , the battery shows 15% ie the status before charging. But once rebooted , it shows the correct battery percentage and few others which have been posted prevously.  Dont know how long will it extend..

Same as me.. Factory reset / Reinstalling the software doesen't work
