Battery stats jumps

Hi, i'm new here and i want to tell about the problem with my battery.

Recently i noticed that the battery percentage is showing incorrectly. After first restart the battery percentage is much lower, and after second and next restarts it is randomly higher or lower than it should.

After sending phone to the service to reintall software the problem didn't stop. What's the problem ?

I do not think so, i testedmany times with disabled google applications , reseting to deafults with erasing all data... And it doesn't work.

Have you given a thought that maybe the battery is defective?

Yes , i think that battery may be defective , but i am not sure

You might need to contact your local sony team and arrange something.

I did it and they said that must be the software problem and that I have to go with phone to shop that I've bought my xperia

So you didn't buy it directly from Sony? This mmeans the retailer needs to handle any problem you have.
