The Battery STAMINA mode on Xperia Z (C6602, C6603)
but it looks like not on NTT DOCOMO Xperia Z (SO-02E) too ?

There can be differences due to customizations, I don't actually know in this case but I assume that the DOCOMO version has the stamina mode as well. You should contact DOCOMO for more information.
