battery problem

Good day I just bought a sony xperia m5 on att in a plan, but I have a problem when the team is charging to reach 92% loading takes long time in advance says missing 18 minutes to finish charging and it takes much more than 1 hour is approximately normal? or the battery is out of calibration? can this apply warranty?

AT&T doesn't offer this phone, so if it's a warranty issue, you will have to take it to the store, I'm assuming bestbuy or amazon, but before you do so, if you are using the phone while charging, it will take longer, you can also test it in safe mode

Hello Mexico att if it offers the cell phone do not use the phone when is charging orita'm repairing the pc companion software

Test it in >>> safe mode and report back

On a side note, you can't use PCC anymore, you have to use XC instead

I also have this problem, except when i'm charging my Xperia M5 it seems to charge very slowly and then suddenly stopsat around 76%. I've tried 'stamina mode' but it seems to make no difference at all. Do you have any advice?
