Battery problem..

Hello.. I've been trying to charge my phone (xperia p), but in the past 2 days, no matter how long I leave on charge, the battery is barely crossing the 40-50% mark.. Can someone help please

You should change your battery because it damaged

There are two ways to replace the battery 

one, contact your Local support as suggested by @tonyjaimy

the second option is DIY
