I bought my xperia M last night and i noticed that the mobile battery can only last one and half hour, did i do something wrong or there is something wrong with my battery?
Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
That is strange. I suggest that you check so you have the latest software on your Xperia M. This can be done via our program PC Companion which can be found at the following link:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/
If you have the latest update, you can perform a software repair via PC Companion. In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.
Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
I did what you told me to do and it didn't fix my battery problem!
I like the mobile so much but what's wrong with my battery and what shoud i do?
On the latest screenshot that you have uploaded, I can see that you are updating apps and similar. I suggest that you let the phone update all apps and similiar. When this is done, connect the phone to the charger and let it charge to 100%. Afterwards you can use the phone normally and when you have around 5-10% left on the battery, take a new screenshot and add this one and we can look closer into this.
Look, yesterday at night it was 50% and it was really good and the battery stayed alive for a long time but i put my mobile in the charger and slept and when i woke up and activated it. It was like that again! i want to understand what is happening so i can deal with my new mobile. sorry for being annoying
Hi,
about a week ago i bought Xperia M C2005 and i really loved it, but i found something very strange i thing i have a problem with my mobile! when it's fully charged the battery shows me that it's about to die.
and when it's about to die it shows me that it's not!
You told me to "perform a software repair via PC Companion" and i did it but it's still the same.
What should i do?
See ?
Will do.
Thanks
