battery problem?

My Xperia V is rebooting constantly when it is not in the charger. The less battery I have left the more often it reboots.

If I have 100% battery in does not reboot, if I have 90% it reboots often, if I have 80% the phone is almost useless. If I just let the phone be, it will slowly go down towards 0%, but if the batteri is under 50%, I cannot even open my text messages without the phone rebooting. As long as I charge the phone, this problem never occurs, that's why I don't think it is a sw-problem.

An old "classic" problem with phones are dead cells in the battery, that makes the battery deliver to little power to the phone. Could this be something like that?

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

Thanks for your answer. I have updated the phone several times (in the charger) when new updates have arrived. Do you still think a SUS update will make the trick?

Also consider disabling LTE network in your phone's Settings.
