Battery Problem

My Xperia P battery life extremely poor...I open the STAMINA mode, but at 100% fully charge, it only show i have 12hours stand by time...i reset it and reinstall the update...all same...The Android OS OR the Phone app keep drain my battery... HELP ME....

Clearing data should make a difference,but after clearing,restart the phone and make a full charge.
