BATTERY PROBLEM

I recently bought a sony ericsson xperia arc s and updated it to android 4.0.4 the software is pretty smooth and works well but the battery drain very fast.

Is there any way to fix this. One of my friend asked me to try cpu spy and check the deep sleep option, he said it should be at least above 70% but mine is only 6% I think something is wrong with my mobile if any of you could help.

charge your phone 100% use it as you normally would once you reach 10% go to

settings > battery > take screenshots of the list and the graph, tap on each item on the list and take more screenshots, post them here

don't charge your phone
