Battery performance has reduced, touch screen dose not work properly, speaker problem, sudden hang and force closes.

Hi,

I am using xperia sola and i am facing below mentioned problems, request you to do the needful @ the realiest before i throw the phone.

Its a disappointment, i never thaught sony would produce such a poor quality phone.

i was a fan of sony nw i am regretting for it.

1- Battery performance has reduced.

2- Touch screen dose not work properly.

3- Speaker problem while using headphone.

4-Sudden hang and force closes.

Sorry to hear that you are having problem with your phone.

You should try to repair the phone software:

Click on this link to get Sony PC companion: http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

If the problem still there after the update/repair we recommend you to contact your local Sony Contact Center:

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/ and maybe send it in to service so they can investigate.
