Battery notification light On M2 does not work when charging

Dear all, please advise me in this case
I have got my Xperia M2 for 2 weeks. Normally when charging, the small notification light on the top will appear in red, orange or green. But this time, i pluged in, the light did not work even i tried many times. Pls help me. Is there something wrong with my experia?

Boot your phone in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

I followed your instruction, my phone worked well in safe mode so it definitely has problems with the applications that i installed. But i dont know which applications causes problems so i guess i have to.uninstall all the applications? Or is there any better solutions? Thank you so much for your help 🙂
